I was living and working in Japan for two years, then I moved to Colombia, South America for three years. I am a high school teacher of English Language Arts, English as a Second Language, and Social Studies (HASS). Returning to Australia has been a very difficult process. I was in Colombia when the 'pandemic' started and life there was pretty crazy and scary during 2020 and into 2021. I truly thought I was coming back home to the 'land of the free' - not at all expecting the tyrannical, authoritarian, and Draconian 'government' with the restrictions and mandates and diabolical proceedings that this country has faced. I am a freedom lover and I promote unity consciousness and one love. Love, compassion, empathy and peace are at the core of my being and what I aim to share out with this world. I would love to help. I, like so many others, are faced with not being able to do my job with the mandates that go into effect tomorrow, 10th December. I would love to offer my time and skills as a teacher to those in need, as well as my foot-power in dropping letters, or getting about with information. I have also become skilled at online distance learning having to teach virtually for nearly 12 months in Colombia, so I can be of assistance within this area.
