Complaints

Important

Being denied access or only given restricted access to a healthcare setting based on your vaccination choice is unacceptable and is in breach of the Australian Charter of Healthcare Rights.

A friend of SAIF’s has taken the time to develop a formal complaint process for anyone to use anywhere in Australia.

Writing a formal complaint can be challenging: What do you write? Where do you send it to? What happens if you don’t get a response or the response you do get is unsatisfactory? Well all this has been worked out for you. All you need to do is read the pdf document first and then adapt the complaint letter slightly for your own personal situation, send it, and it’s done.

The great thing about writing a formal complaint in this way, is that the healthcare setting has to take it seriously, and they have to investigate.

There is a decent chance that your complaint letter will change their policy not just for you and your family but for all.

Please download the documents and feel free to share.
